Change your email

To change the email address for your BOC online account, please register for online access with your new email address, and we will delete your old email after 24 months of inactivity.

Change your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Also, you can change your password within your account profile. Sign in here and click the ‘Change Password’ button within the ‘Contact Information’.

Update your contact details

To update your contact details, such as delivery address, company name or email address please contact our customer service team by using our email enquiry form.

You can add or edit marketing preferences and subscribe to receive marketing from BOC on the Contact Preference screen within your online account. Please note: To subscribe to BOC marketing via Contact Preferences, you will need to register for an online account where you can place orders for more than one location or view and pay invoices. If you do not see an option to add or edit a Sales & Marketing contact online, you can upgrade your account within My Account Profile or alternatively contact our customer service team by using our email enquiry form.

Account balance and statements

To see the account balance and download your statements please, follow these three simple steps:

1. Sign in or register if you are a new user

2. Choose 'Account Balance & Statements'

3. Your account balance will appear at the top of the tab, and links to download statements for the last 12 months at the end of the page.

Cylinder management

To see the list of cylinders you are renting from BOC, please sign in or register if you are a new user, and select ‘Cylinder holdings’. You can click the barcode next to the cylinders or choose 'Download Cylinder Barcodes' at the end of the page to open an excel spreadsheet with all your barcodes on it.

Closing your BOC account

To close your account, please call our customer services team on 1800 355 255.
