During transportation, dry ice remains solid at temperatures down to -78°C. An insulated container and a few kilos of dry ice will keep the temperature low for several days. We offer a wide range of packaging solutions.
The cooling power of a tank is based on liquid carbon dioxide at -45°C, with no need for an aggregate. While an aggregate has limited capacity, that of a gas-based cooling system can easily be increased during peak loads. Carbon dioxide cools the air via a heat exchanger, before being vented out through the top of the car. If necessary, this system uses warmed cooling water from the car engine to maintain the temperature prescribed for the chamber. You have full control over the temperature conditions. Being noise-free, a carbon dioxide-based cooling system offers huge advantages in city-area environments, especially at night.
For the transportation of minor items, portable boxes can be used.
